To support Finance and Accounting General Manager in all tax relevant projects. Help to develop a good relationship with tax bureau.6.To manage corporate secretariats of CSAV Agency Greater China and monitor legal entity / rep. office issue in CSAV Agency China. To contact local authorities in the locations of CSAV Agency Greater China Area to ensure all the legal formalities are in the good order Finance point of view.7.Coordinate with regional process and control team to input the comment CSAV Agency Greater China in order to best possible to support business and meanwhile minimize the risks of CSAV Agency Greater China, and to ensure an effective and a fair internal control platform in CSAV Agency Greater China.8.To coordinate with external lawyers to provide legal professionals comments on all relevant contracts and agreements, as well as to collect legal consultation opinion company lawyer if any applicable.9.To help prepare investment proposal regarding financial part if any.10.Any other ad hoc tasks delegated by Finance and Accounting General Manager.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:-Standardized:1. To lead corporate finance team of CSAV Agency Greater China·Build, maintain and develop a strong Finance team. Manage, coach, mentor, motivate and support team members as appropriate.·Ensure that subordinates are sufficiently trained for job knowledge and skills, and also for future development.·Establish and implement career development plans for subordinates, to meet the requirement of business development.·Conduct performance appraisal for staff, develop objectives and KPIs for subordinates, timely help them to achieve the objectives.·Continuously identify the high performer and high potential staff and draft the retention plan.2. To support Finance and Accounting General Manager in coordinating with annual budgeting process·Ensure all the budget assumptions are timely collected and prepared.·Coordinate with all relevant parties to ensure the budget file is timely completed with a high quality. ·Communicate and distribute the budget file to all involved accounting managers timely and clearly to ensure a strict follow-up.3. To prepare statutory accounts of CSAV China Agency, CSAV Hong Kong Agency, CSAV Taiwan Agency·Coordinate with external auditors to prepare statutory accounts and ensure no major findings and accounting book adhere to shareholders and local accounting regulations.4. To coordinate with internal auditors, and follow up the corresponding action plan.5. To handle all tax related filing and reporting. To support Finance and Accounting General Manager in all tax relevant projects. Help to develop a good relationship with tax bureau.6. To manage corporate secretariats of CSAV Agency Greater China and monitor legal entity / rep. office issue in CSAV Agency China. To contact local authorities in the locations of CSAV Agency Greater China Area to ensure all the legal formalities are in the good order Finance point of view.·Ensure all the legal entity administrative documents are timely finished and filed with government.·Ensure all the internal / external documents are timely prepared to meet the internal / external corporate governance requirements, including but not limited to legal person change, authorized bank signatory change, A of A and filing etc. ·Well archive all important document and can be easily retrieved within reasonable time-limit.7. Coordinate with regional process and control team to input the comment CSAV Agency Greater China in order to best
