General Summary & Purpose:
To Manage the Customer Service and related processes, tools, procedures, metrics and Customer Care matters, in order to ensure a consistent & sustainable Customer Service Delivery according to standards set Corporately/Regionally.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
-Standardized:
1. Distribute the arrival notice to the customer promptly according to the
bayplan.
2. Collaborate and coordinate with the state agent for D/O exchange and cargo release
3. Assist the Finance team to finish the freight collection confirmation
4. Print and release BL if BL is to be issued at destination
5. Answer questions and meet the requirements the customer via E-mails and phone calls
6. Monitor the status of the overdue cargo and follow up the case closely until it is accomplished
7. Edit and submit the ge report to Finance team for payment collection vessel by vessel
8. Download manifest and submit it to state agent in time
9. Be responsible for the special issues proceeding - Freight payment at third place
10. Coordinate with POL Agency for COD/Return Cargo etc.
-Localized:
1. Imput the cargo data into local impot system before vessel arrival.
2. Forward the domestic cargo manifest and international cargo list to the ops for further action
3. Draft the DG information format and submit it to stae agent for Custom DG declaration
4. Collect the DG information and submit it to stae agent for Custom DG declaration.
Job Specifications :
Education: College degree or above
Experience: Have experience in shipping or forwarding industry will be perfect
Language: Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Computer Literacy: With PC knowledge (Excel, Word, etc)
