Make sure payables are paid accurately and without delay Principal Duties and Responsibilities: -Standardized: AR: 1. Responsible for AR control 2. Monitor invoice issue status 3. Released B/Ls against payment received 4. Settle and book payment collections in systems. 5. Be responsible for AR dues overseas agents and state agents outside Shanghai； 6. Assist CSAV to expedite CSAV’s AR due COSCO AP: 1. Check and arrange payments to vendors 2. Settle payments in both KT & Kingdee. 3. Audit staff monthly reimbursement and other admin expense payments 4. Check CSAV statements and follow FCN. 5. Audit payments applied ports outside SHN. 6. Check and settle profit with COSCO. Job Specifications (Knowledge, skills and abilities normally required for competent performance in the job): Education: -- College degree Experience: --2~3 years relevant working experience is preferred Language: -- Moderate English skills in writing and speaking, CET-4 at least Computer Literacy: --Microsoft Office, especially in Excel Specialist Knowledge: --Accountant certificate Essential Skills: -- Careful; Good communication skills.
