Handle payment document including issuing the invoice in time, document verification and scanning2. Our work shall be conducted based on SOP standard3. The writing shall be standardized and not misleading4. Communicate with vendors for production, booking and cargo delivery to meet Customer’ ordering schedule5. Co-ordinate with carriers for shipment bookings/equipments to meeting vendors’ production schedule6. Co-ordinate with the vendors of the container loading information for SI transmission to the carriers enabling containers to be loaded on the planned vessel.7. Collect vendors documents, collate and assembly with carriers BL and dispatch to the broker for cargo clearance at destination8. Understand the cost and revenue in all steps, prepare HBL and send to vendors for payment checking and confirmation9. booking/shipment information in system to insure information visible to Customers.10. Help new colleagues and join the training. Job Specifications (Knowledge, skills and abilities normally required for competent performance in the job):Education: College degreeExperience: Some experience in the Logistics/transportation industry Language: Good command of both spoken and written English, CET 4Computer Literacy: Attention to detail, pc skills, typing ability, customer focus, good office skillsSpecialist Knowledge: Shipping knowledge, understanding of customs regulations, basic international trade laws and regulationsEssential Skills: Logistics knowledge, trade knowledge, communication skillsCore-Competence: Team work spirit, Customer focus, Good background of trade and logistics, good communication skills
