Working across the entire asset lifecycle we enable our clients to plan, design and develop, operate, optimise and assure their assets. We use our unrivalled experience, together with our world-leading software tools to help clients reduce risk, meet increasingly stringent regulations, and to improve efficiency the seabed to the city gas main. Key Accountabilities: - Demonstrate Leadership behaviors in line with our Vision, Mission and Values - Promote and be compliant with our Quality, Health and Safety policies. - Monthly closing related responsibilities: - Monitor budget GOI vs. actual invoicing amount; - Invoice summary report; - Revenue entry in local accounting system; - Prepare Order Monitoring report; - Generate Receivable status report for Operational Dept. - Check and filling project related documents (Contract/Purchase order/Invoice); - In ge of issuing invoice (Local official VAT invoice included); - Validate all project related expenses claim; - Take ge in oversea payment (Withholding tax) issues; - Support in annual auditing for Project related part; - Play an active role in strengthening internal control; - Assist Accounting Manager in reports and documents as required. Qualifications: - Proficient in office software; - Working with autonomy; - Excellent in time-management and communication - University degree with accounting-related bachelor; - 2 years working experience; - Fluent English(CET-6,TOFEL is preferable)
