Licensing personnel and the client for start-up, test and commissioning procedures, quality matters and time scheduling. · To ensure that the Shipyards follow our standards and guidelines thoroughly. · Perform start-ups according to accepted commissioning procedures · To communicate the technical subjects between the Shipyard and Wartsila during engine starting · Check and adjust relevant mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems · Provide internal and external work reports according to W?rtsil? standards. · Collect and organise time and expense reports the team. Reporting and informing administrative personnel as required. · Supervise the tasks performed by W?rtsil? employees and subcontractors. · Perform all pre-commissioning and start-up checks. · Report uted work according to W?rtsil? standards. · Create and maintain good human relations at site especially with our licensees. REQUIREMENT: Electrical Automation or Mechatronic Engineering Mechanical Engineers with proven high level of experience in Automation may be considered Electrical Automation or Mechatronic Engineering Shipyard or Engine Builder Electrical Automation experience Marine Diesel engine automation experience. Experienced in engine automation control systems, commissioning and assembly Experienced in marine control systems of great advantage. Experience with 2 stroke diesel engines of advantage. Must be able to communicate in English in writing and speaking. Required to understand complex technical specifications in English and transfer the knowledge to Chinese language effecitvely. Shipyard, Engine maker or Ship Owner experience of advantage.
