Ltd (“McDermott”)共同出资组建的合资公司，双方各拥有股权50%。 　　45公顷的建造厂区位于青岛海西湾经济开发区这一重要的战略要地， 并且毗连CSIC的北海造船厂，是海西湾船舶建造、修理基地的一部分。 　　合资公司的总投资规模高达2.501亿美元，。 合资企业将融合双方优势，麦克德莫特具有专利建造系统，程序，管理模式以及丰富的国际客户服务经验；武船拥有勤劳而且专业的施工队伍，有效的成本控制方式，丰富的浮体建造经验。紧挨合资厂（一区）的CSIC/武船新造船厂（2区）将会为合资厂建造浮体。 合资企业的建造的产品包括：陆上或离岸的油气处理模块，综合一体化的平台， SPAR浮体， 大型的海上浮式油气处理和储存设施（FPSO）以及为国际市场包括亚洲，墨西哥湾，地中海，中东，南海，西非的客户提供FPSO的整体服务。合资厂也将努力进入中国的陆上和离岸市场。应聘该职位 其它职位 更多招聘信息 岗位类别：船体结构主管/建造/工程师 工作地区：青岛市 行业：年龄要求：18-45岁学历：本科招聘人数：1名工作经验：不限职位描述: PURPOSE OF THE JOB -Production Engineer D - trainee production engineer: 1 - 2 yrs experience - Production Engineer C - Engineer able to work under direction of senior production or operations personnel: 2 - 4 yrs experience - Production Engineer B - Engineer able to work under direction of senior production or operations personnel: 4 - 6 years experience - Production Engineer A - Senior Piping Production Engineer able to initiate and schedule work based on shop, field and design requirements: 6 - 8 years experience - Senior Production Eng - Experienced senior piping production engineer able to initiate and schedule work based on shop, field and design requirements: 8 - 10 years experience Main Duties of the Jobholder - Lead production discipline engineering support for piping fabrication. - Understand the full scope of work, contract type and milestone schedules. - Co-ordinate requirements for construction engineering and technical support with the engineering and piping design and layout teams and the MCS group design stage to work pack compilation and execution. - Take part in design and constructability reviews to ensure adequate planning, material identification and input at design stage through to hook up. - Solve problems and initiate site queries to ensure fabrication productivity including offshore hook up. - Co-ordinate material issue, report fabrication progress and issue notices for critical actions. - Review scope changes, additional works or reworks and initiate revision orders / change orders - Review project scope of work and Task Listing, schedules, specifications and understand the requirements and deliverables. - At project commencement review the fabrication schedule, suggest corrections to the planning team. - Review design model / drawings for constructability and identify any special items / subcontract requirements. - Raises site queries to implement revisions to assist build sequencing and improve productivity. - Review vendor data for interdisciplinary interfaces as required. - Monitor work pack issue and advises priorities to the lead designer and discipline manager based on material availability and scheduled deliveries etc.. - Provide assistance to MCS group in the requirements for material top up orders and miscellaneous requirements. - Raise Site Queries to utilise available material (substitutions) or deviations as required. - Prepare production procedures. - Attend production meetings and report concerns. - Monitor the scope changes and issue of revision orders - Prepare and issues activity notice to the client / all concerned people. - Report weekly fabrication progress and monitors production man-hours and productivity. - Review 4 week look ahead plans and identify the constraints (material / drawings ) - Co-ordinate with construction engineer to ensure procedures are issued timely / all parties understand any change. - Co-ordinate any sub-contract scope. - Preparation of piping punch lists and load out sent loose items - Red line mark up and signing of as-built fabrication drawings. Requirement 1.Detailed knowledge of fabrication & erection techniques used for offshore platforms and associated codes and standards 2.Experience in oil and gas with major contractor or consultant Experience with exotic materials and high pressure systems a distinct advantage. 3.Preferred BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering
